Loan Application Declined

Hi,

The reason for my complaint is because i am un impressed with FNB.

I took a loan out with them and I have been paying religiously and now that i need to extend the loan they refuse and say the current once is still to high.

I have medical bills and other to settle hence the loan I want to extend and they refuse to help.

What kind of service is that? Im their client, why not help your clients when they are in dire
