I called in to RCS requesting the bank details to make an additional payment on my personal and rcs card. I was transferred to 3 different consultants. I had to provide my personal details to all 3.There does not seem to be a link in their systems when they transfer a customer from one dept to the next. Why am I penalised as I have to pay the cost of this lengthy call. To top it all the bank details they provide to me for my personal and rcs card is incorrect. Please can some email me the correct banking details for both accounts. You have my email details on record.
