MY MOM DEPOSITED A CHEQUE AT STANDARD BANK PHOENIX ON 02-04-2013. THE CHEQUE WAS ONLY DEPOSITED INTO HER ACCOUNT ON 04-04-2013.A CHARGE OF R135 WAS LEVIED ON MY MOMS ACCOUNT .WE HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALL TO STANDARD BANK CALL CENTRE AND BLUE BEAN AND SPOKE TO LORENZO (BLUE BEAN), ANEESA /RAEEZ (BANKING CALL CENTRE). THIS IS UNFAIR TO CHARGE MY MOM FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT HER FAULT.THIS IS ABUSE .WE HAVE PHONE SO MANY TIMES AND TO DATE NO ONE HAS PROVIDED FEEDBACK TO REVERSE THE FEE .PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND ABUSE THEM BECASUE THEY ARE OLD .PLEASE CAN U KINLDY ASSIST AND HAVE THE FEES REVERSED FROM JANUARY 2013
