I closed my cheque account with Nedbank many many years ago but retained my credit card. I have only recently noticed that I am being billed for internet banking charges which I clearly do not use as I closed my cheque account and have no profile number. I need these charges to be stopped immediately and to be reversed.

I contacted the card division who told me to go into a branch, I cannot see why this would be necessary as the card division is putting this debit through. I never authorised any such debit to be made against my credit card.

Please sort this out immediately.
