Wednesday 4th of April DMC send sumone to my place of work with an acknowledgement of debt which i have refused to sign, due to the fact that i didnt even know that i owe truworths money. This account was opened 10 years ago and according to them the last payment was made in 2003. No one has informed me within the last 10 years that i still owe money on this account, so as far as i know this debt has prescribed. when i told the gentleman that im not signing anyhting he told me i dont have to they will just issue sumons. These people are rude even when you call them. I would like this matter closed ASAP
