Of funds, and no communication when queried

I signed up to insure my vehicles, and homes. At the end of the first month they deducted a premium 200 rand more than i calculated. When i enquired about this, i was told that it was the once off initiation fee. now, the same premium has been deducted again. And now, ABSA does not even reply to my messages. I would appreciate it greatly if some1 responsible receives this message, and replies at the earliest with an adequate explanation for this activity.
