After I complained on Hellopeter my claim was approved more three weeks ago but I still don't have a phone.
I've tried emailing and calling them but receive no response. I am now frustrated as I have now been without my phone for more than three months now and have just finished all my airtime trying to get feedback. This is not fair, why should I have to wait this long.
