Poor communication- 3 years of misery

In Feb 2013 I applied online for a credit card which was instantly declined. I received a call a few days later and told that it was approved and the R110 000 was available to me at an interest rate of 15%, all I needed to do was complete and telephonic application which I did. I called a few days later and they told me it was declined, I asked for the decline letter which never came. Some days later I went into the bank and asked for bank statement, the lady said the system was prompting her to offer me a "preapproved platinum card" with 96 000 credit. I gave her my payslips. A few day later I get another call offering a "R76 000 " prea-approved credit card if I do another telephonic application- congratulations they say. Yet a few days later, another call R40 000 this time, at a 16%. A few days later they actually deliver the card. I enquire why so many applicatoins and what went right this time and they say I didnt notify them that I was now off debt counseling. I did that In 2010, 2012 and several times in 2013. Over the years they have declined a homeloan, carloan and credit cards, Ipad, ebucks and overdraft which other banks approved because they didnt update their systems.
