Logged a complaint on 27 March 2013 about a pocket savings account. A FNB representatives called me & apologised. She confirmed that the consultant should have opened account & just asked me to send proof of residence. No problem - 30 March 2013 I decide on more try & return to FNB Cresta. After waiting in the line for ever - 3 consultants at month end? I get to a consultant. I confirm I need to do 3 things - activate E Bucks Card, collect a bank card & open a pocket savings account AGAIN.Card collection no problem. E Bucks Card - oh just call them & activate it. No offer of do you have the number - can we call them now with me & you can do it. Nothing? I forgot I work for them and they are doing me a favour. Pocket Savings account - I have proof of residence in the form of a W&L account. Keep in mind we have had a postal strike for 2 months - no accts & doubt that they would expect one from January so I get a screen print from W&L offices. No they cannot assist me it is the wrong format. You representative indicated helpfulness and assistance which does not apply to consultants in the bank. They have no idea what they are doing. Your total arrogance and lack of service
