So I opened a cheque account a year ago with them associated with this is a savings pocket which you can't open without the cheque account. Today i went to draw the savings out and they refuse to give me my money because they don't have a proof of residential address. How only after one year is this bought to my attention and how come there is proof of residence for my cheque account but not for the savings pocket though they are both associated to the same account. After numerous phone calls and an email i hear nothing from them but still get an automated email to rate their service from 0-10. I rate it 0 FNB you have never been able to solve my issues in one go I always have to follow up on you like nursery school children doing their chores you can't be trusted to complete the job. You have no problems taking my money but when I want it back I have to do 10 other things first... Very similar to I would say. You say I have premier banking. What you forget to mention is premier banking in terms of bad service and nothing else. Well done for a premier job done at doing nothing.
