"Agterskot" not paid after a full yea

I am writing this on behalf of my mom Patricia Jaftha. She is an ex employee of Aspen Pharmacare. Apparently, she is suppose to be paid out an "agterskot" from NBC. this thing has been ongoing for a full year with no positive outcome/feedback. she came in contact with Robert Langa (0102060191). This person always asked her to either phone back in 20 minutes or to hold the call (my mom was phoning from her cell and the cost became too much. So she asked me to call him. i've phoned him since early February 2013. up to date i haven't received any constructive feedback from him. he once said we must communicate via email, i gave him my email address, he send me a blank test email and that was it. every time i would phone him he'd promise the money would either be paid that week, when that doesn't happen and i phone again, he'd then say the payment would be made in two weeks time from then. he is giving us the run around and this is unacceptable!! my mom is old and does not deserve this kind of treatment. can someone please do something about this?
