How can we help you??? NOT!!!

I have been a loyal client of FNB for more than 6years, yet everytime I applied for a loan I was declined so I naturally turned to micro lenders for assistance. African Bank treated me 10 times better than FNB. All FNB offered me were SMART loans at ridiculous interest rates. How is one expected to increase their credit rating when this is the only assistance their own bank is willing to offer? I was dead set on changing banks, but then my colleague - who has an atrocious credit history qualified for an easyplan loan from FNB so I really believed they had changed to HELP.
Three weeks ago I had a major emergency and need to move into a place of my own. Naturally one of the first places I approached was my own Bank for HELP - FNB. I tried to apply for a loan that would pay off all my existinbg loans and leave me with enough cash over to pay the deposit for a place to rent and was declined. My colleague with judgements qualifies yet I don't! In my case the FNB slogan is - HOW CAN'T WE HELP YOU!
I remain extremely saddened & disappointed that my loan application was declined as I believe my solid history over the past few years demonstrates my value to you as a customer.
