Outsurance
2 MONTHS AND NO CAR AND NO RESPONCE

Certainly learned the hard way never to insure with OutSurance. All i want now is my car back and i still cant get that because they keep shifting the blame around and wont fix it. I was told to call the manufacturers myself to order parts for my car to get fixed. Why do we have insurance for? Only to pay i guess. Two months and no one willing to take blame for my car not being fixed. And all this when i need my claim honoured. Im extremely dissapointed with your service and know now that i will probably never get my car fixed by Outsurance as no one is getting back to me or even responding to my emails. All i get is responce from HelloPeter and no follow up thereafter. Shows just how much you value your customers when coming to ensure that their cars are fixed.
