Charge Back and Lack of feedback

As per my last complaint of Standard Bank, I have been promised calls and feedback from Kagiso, Veshnie, Thabisong and Nonhlanhla Tshabalala. Nonhlanhla Tshabalala contacted me by email after my complaint on Hellopeter and sent me an email advising "... have asked for it to be attended to as urgent and I assure you our Saswitch Specialists are working on this matter and will provide you with feedback, I will also keep checking up on them so that we can get funds returned to you as soon as possible." This was sent to me last week Monday (6 Jan 2014) and I have yet received feedback from anyone from Standard Bank. I find this really unprofessional that I have dealt with so many employees from Standard Bank, all of which promised I will get feedback, which I havent received. Kagiso had advised the charge back will be escalated and it shouldnt take the full 12 working days as usual as it has been escalated. Today, 13 Jan 2014, is exactly 12 working days and I have yet to receive the funds back into my account. Experiences like this can be the determining factor to change banks, as I have been contemplating moving to FNB as ebucks seems better than Ucount.
