Dissappointed in Standard bank

I am disgusted in Standard bank. I have a personal loan with them and today i received a letter stating that my revolving credit has been suspended as my account is in arreas. My question is how is my account in arrears if it is the first thing that goes off my husbands account every month. My husband pays this account and the money goes out of his account into my cheque account via stop order on the 26th of each month. I am very upset about this as it will affect my credit rating.
