I am a very disgruntled customer at the moment. I have been a great customer of yours for over 10 years and you are welcome to check but I have many investments with you and make good money for you!

I applied for a homeloan on about 10 July and up to today still no feedback, you haven't even bothered to go and evaluate the property.

I am very upset and want this matter to be resolved immediately. You are the last bank to give feedback and by weeks and I did your application first. Then you don't have this document and then you don't have that document, after I have sent it many times over and over!!!

I find your customer service appalling and your means of giving feedback non-existent.

If you don't want the business then just tell me it's not approved and go away and I will do so.

I have full approval in writing from two other banks and still I bother to wait for your feedback. I call every single day just to be told it has been approved but they are waiting assessment! Since Tuesday last week, please I beg you to go and assess the property so that I can move on, I am going to lose the property as it will be sold to someone else, or should I just go with another bank
