No Progress Report on Claim

I am very frustrated and confused.

I intially complained regarding bad sevice of PSSPF and I was assisted by a lady named LEBO. She was amazing and gave me great feedback regarding my claim regularly and time. She did a stellar job and I was so impressed. Thank you Lebo.

Our last conversation was that I should await confirmation of my payout. That was sometime in January / February i believe. To date I have neither recieved payment or any correspondence from ABSA if anything is outstanding or if anything is amiss with my application.

I would like some clarity what am suppose to do now? Am i to wait, what i the standard waiting period for claims? I need just some direction on what is the process going forward.
