I have been a loyal customer of the card division since the 1970's but I just can't take any more.
I have overlooked billings for petrol cards that we don't have or receive. I have overlooked charges for an ebucks card that we asked not to subscribe to. I have overlooked difficulties we have with dealing with the card division but there is a limit and FNB has gone over it buy a good measure.
Due to illness, I overlooked my routine February card payment. Well, what a shock I was in for. Firstly a charge of R220 for failure to pay and secondly I find that they are dishonouring routine payments against my card.
This is totally unacceptable especially from a bank that spends a fortune to have us believe that they are the best and "People You Can Talk To". They are certainly not customer centric that is for sure and have failed so far to respond to an email sent directly to them some days back.
I can't wait for a final balance and to get away from this horrific bank.
