Bad Customer Service

I lodge a claim on the 18-02-2013 with Karabo and i had to send a lot of emails to her with no response. Until i send another email to Jean yesterday. Then the response was they will not settle my claim due to non disclosure. I am struggling to understand how do you ask different things on one sentence: ie
Are you or anyone under this policy:
Under administration or judgements
What does this question mean?

I will never again recommend somebody to the above mentioned insurance. They do not care about thier customer.
