Funeral Plan Pay out due since Feb2013 MXM

My name is Lizzy Muholi, I am quite stressed and have bills to pay due to the funeral held of Xolani Bethwell Muholi whom i was a beneficiary to cover all the funeral arrangements and hence i do not work i had to borrow funds from friends and family with hope of Absa paying on time. I have been asked to support all the necessary documents but its quite disturbing that they do not want to play their end of the bargain and provide payout sufficient.
