I have been retrenched from my position at work and I've submitted my documents weeks ago. Despite several follow-ups and pleading for a response, RCS have turned deaf to my situation. I haven't even received an sms to say that my claim has been attended to. This really is pathetic service. When debit orders run off, they are very timeous and you even receive reminders ect... when not paid, or late with payments. Even postal correspondence follows. Now, I can even have the decency of getting any sort of feedback with regards to my retrenchment claim. This would carefully consider taking out a future loan with RCS. This is how they treat a Client whose been dealing with them for over a decade?? I'm really tired of begging and pleading for just a plain sms (which would suffice), stating that the claim is being processed.
