Account handed over to ITC-BA when still paying

I took my son for an operation at the Springs Parkland Clinic on the 15th of August 2012. On the 3rd of September i received a bill that i should pay the shortfall of R2 500 as my medical aid has only paid a certain portion. I asked the clinic that i want to consult Discovery and try to find out the real reasons for this shortfall. After getting clarity from the medical aid i made arrangement to settle this account in six instalments of R420 per month. While busy paying, the account was handed to ITC-BA and the contact person is Lindiwe @0214055860. I have made 5 payments of R500 every month to pay the shortfall and im getting sms's from ITC-BA that they are going to take legal action against me. As far as i know i dont owe anything as i have paid full R2 500 as agreed. Yesterday i received an sms from ITC-BA that i must pay R1000 to avoid legal action, and last week they said i mustpay an outstanding amount of R812.00. I have proof that i paid the shortfall.
