Clientele Life
Deducting from my bank without my consent

Clientele life is deducting R247 from my bank account without my consent. I have a loan from them but they are deducting R334 from my bank but i dont know for what is the R247 because i don't have any anther account with them. On my bank statement it say Clientele life 406091106131231. I want to be refunded.
