Good afternoon

Please assist, Sometimes early this year, I met this guys in bellville, presenting to me about Netcash card. I have ignored them but this guy tried to hold me and explain the benefits of the netcash. He then asked which bank iam using, I told him, he wanted to see the card, I didn't notice he took some numbers at the back of the card, and tell me that an agent will call me to approve the request, if not they wont do anything, and they will send me a card.

I didn't agree with that, I said I don't want to join, but an agent can call an explain I will see from then. to my surprise after month end a debit went off, this guy's name is Thabo who did all this, and he gave me his number and the number is on voicemail. When I go to the bank there's not even a number next to them, it shows clearly it doesn't exist. its called Nadeo Serge Net cash. I need them to stop the debit in my account please..
