R 299.99 and R7.00 Debit Orders

Sage Netcash debited R7.00 from my FNB bank account on the 17th of November 2013 Ref Number 08997002THE and on the 15th November 2013 a EDO UNSUCCESSFUL COLL of R299.99 is showing on my bank account.

I have nothing to do with Sage Netcash and I do not have any agreement with any company to debit my account with R299.99. I am tired of this transactions on my account. They must stop debiting my account.
