Poor Service from FNB

On 23 February 2013, I completed the neccessary documents to cancel my credit card at FNB Sandton. I have since been back to the Melrose Arch and Sandton branches on 4 different occassions and have even resubmitted the forms. I have also called the customer help line. Many promises have been made to contact me yet it has been over a month since I completed the forms the first time and nobody has assisted me, and my card has not been cancelled. It's a pity that FNB's service is not as great as has been advertised. I would appreciate it if someone from FNB could assist me.
