I have not received my ebucks points yet for items bought on Kalahari more than a 31 October 2013. After mailing Kalahari nobody wants to take ownership or take this matter seriously. I did click to 'earn points' and entered my ID number and received the message on the website saying 'you have successfully earned points on this purchase.
Now for a second order on 27 November also no points allocated.
I want to purchase more items but don't want to loose out on any more ebucks?
