Compensation re policy cancellation without notify

I logged a complaint with liberty life on the 7/5/2013 with regards to the cancellation of policy number 30436411 ino E P Smith which we were never advised of the cancellation.i had no response from them acknowledging my complaint until i had to contact them.i then spoke to a lady by the name of Nicole James last week who advised me that she will come back to me i n a weeks time, which never happened until i had to contact them. I do not think liberty life knows the seriousness of the my complaint. Can someone urgently contact me and advised me on my complaint.
