Hi

Oct 2012, i enquired on settling my Standard bank Mastercard. I recieved a settlement letter from the firm (Bham Dahya) to which i made full payment.
I then got a hold of Lee Anne Govinder who acknowledged settlement and the closure of the account. I have the letter she sent through. I also have email correspondance of where she states that she has updated ITC.
Yesterday i pulled a credit report to only find out that my name is still listed for this account, yet it was settled in Oct 2012. It shows as i am still owing an amount to SB.
I sent her two emails folowing up on this, both yesterday, and i have not yet received any form of information from her regarding this Wrongful listing. Please could someone urgently assist me as i am not getting any help.

I need this to be fixed ASAP.
