Late last year I contacted African bank to get an acc no, which I can pay directly into, I was not given the Coombe one, but African bank personal loan acc no. I paid R6000, called to confirm & the lady told me I was supposed to pay directly to Coombe, but its not a problem I should call them to inform them so that when they do their books they can confirm with African bank that the amount reflects. I did so but was still not sorted. I then sent an email, to which Magi Botes responded and called me too. I told her my story she asked for proof of payment which I sent. I waited 3wks before writing to her again, then she asked for my ID number which I sent and she was to get right to it (31 Jan 2013). After 3-4 wks of no response I called again, spoke to a consultant who got Natasha Abroue to send my statements which didn't reflect the R6000. I then sent her the proof of payment and my story asked if she could assist me as Magi has failed to get back to me. I also sent magi another email asking for feed back. to date I have heard nothing from either one of the ladies. The lack of service is disgusting. It has been 3 months of no service, for a debt collections company u fail to collect.
