I paid for reccission of debt oct 2012

I have judgement from march 2009 and I did pay all the monies that were outstanding and at coombe and associates they said they can remove me when I pay R498 and I did pay it in October 2012 and every time I call them or send them and e-mail they tell me they waiting for African bank. they don't want to help really. every time you call they will tell you they will look into it.
