DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER- NEVER DELIVERS

I applied for a loan for thlong weekend and had made various bookings as I was informed all was well ...! I have subed with aid of the ppl at the branch every thing - confirmed via calls etc.. But still NO money! I was given a credit card I CANT USE cause its not a completed application the call centre is USELESS all I'm told is " its with a department tht does not have phones" and there is nothing we can do.. The branch is useless cause they can only send emails... So I'm a sitting duck with NO money and now paying cancellation fees. I'm deeply disappointed with africa bank and will definately NOT be doing business with them again... I don't want an automated response... I have reached a point of no return
