African Bank
No response from a loan application

I had call from african bank agent for a loan offer on the 20 june 2013 and made a telephonic assessment, I qualified for a loan and a credit card then I visited the branch the next day which was 21 june 2013 we went through the whole application signed the the term and conditions given a card and even activated it. Promised to get the money deposited in by monday and ever since I have been calling the branch and told my application is still under assessment and its now a week and still no respose from them so how long should I wait for a response.
