Capitec Bank
Refusing to open a bank account

My father just went into a Capitec Bank Branch in Kuils River by Shoprite. The consultant refused to open a bank account for him because according to her he needed a new ID. The ID is indeed old but not damaged. If by far no other bank or any other company complained about the way the ID look how the can it not be right according to her. He really needed that bank account urgently an to be turned away because of the way his ID looked is indeed REALLY BAD SERVICE VERY BAD!!!
