I had an accident on 27/02/2013 and reported it. A claim was registered on the sameday but ever since then my car has not been fixed and i always have to call the insurer to find out the progress on my claim. What bothers me is that i even went to look for a panelbeater as i was told that the only panelbeater that can help ne that the insurer found could help me in April.
I am starting to get the feeling that i am being given the run around while my car is not being fixed.
