For quite some time now I have had continuous problems with your branches when it comes to giving change. On several occasions I was turned away because there is simply not the change needed.

Unfortunately today I reached my limit with Standard Bank. Who is in charge of planning ahead and who employs these incompetent people at these branches?

Today at Witbank's main branch I, among plenty other clients, were standing in cues for over two hours. I understand 100% that is right before a long weekend and its month end, however, at my business I PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE DAYS!!! Not once was there any person going around trying to find out what were the various needs of the clients to try and speed things up, or simply just organize things a little better. Please check the customer feed back that was taken while I was standing there from various clients.

If the needless waiting wasn't enough, there was no change available and unfortunately I lost my cool as the lady had the most sarcastic attitude, considering I have been standing in line for TWO HOURS!!!

This is unacceptable that a huge bank, can't plan ahead for days like this - Moronic if you ask my opinion
