First the lady at Enquiries couldn't assist me with changing the limits on my business account and referred me to the business branch at Gezina. It's not possible to change limits on the account online as with my ABSA account and must be done in the bank and for the month (which poses a huge risk as the amount is very high). There was no way that I could have made it to Gezina on time as it was 15:12 at that time. When I wanted to withdraw money, waiting in line - the 2 tellers closed their screens at 15:30 with 4 clients still standing in line, no explanations. Only the bulk teller where still open but had another client with him doing a large deposit. Nobody spoke to us in line and I left the bank as I was very upset and in a hurry to get to my client, as I'm self employed. This is very poor service and I'm going to close my account with Standard bank and move to another bank as soon as possible.
