I have been dealing with Standard Bank for years. I have change my surname and address 5 times since i got married its been over 2 years now that my status are still on my old information!! I went in a few times to change it and still no response and when you get there you are in a line waiting for the lady to help you. ( - an hour of standing). Than i went to change my account went there to received my new card and still no one knows i was there to change my account. I cant go on like this and im not going in again standing in that line to change all my details again. I have never in my life seen something like this the service is really really bad!
