I have never been this disappointed in an insurance company.
My phone has been with the box as well as the papers, therefore i do not provide the IMEI number.
The service provider is unable to see the information as well.
I have contact the insurance and they are not able to provide me with the details but expect the customer to make a case.
How on earth do they expect you to make the case without the IMEI number in order to block the phone to get ITC number.
What is the point the information is provided to the insurance company if they are not to provide the client with the required information when needed.

Never again will i EVER take out insurance with you people again.
