Bad Attitude from staff

I went to Pep in Witfield on the 16th of June at around 08H20 i realised that they were still closed and the signed stated that they would open at 09H00 i then left the shopping center and returned at 09H00 and found the doors still closed, i then knocked on the door and one of the staff memebers who was reporting for duty entered the door and i asked her why the store was still closed and she told me that she does not know, i then knocked on the door and a lady opend it i asked her why the doors was still closed and why they changed the opening board from 09H00 to 10H00? she then quite rudely told me that they have problems to sort out and that i must wait until the store opens, i was very disapointed as i made sure to retrun at 09H00 as to what the opening board was idicating. I will NEVER visit the PEP store in Witfield again as your staff do not have manors and are very rude to customers. What a disapointment PEP!!!
