My mom passed away recently, I inherited her vehicle - an extra payment on insurance wasn't in my budget, and was the last thing on my mind. Mandla from Outsurance really went out of his way in helping me with a great and empathetic attitude toward my situation - I appreciate that very much. He kept my affordability in mind and looked at my portfolio with Outsurance as a whole - my mom's vehicle (insured with Outsurance also) was transferred to my portfolio very efficiently. There should be more people working at call centers like Mandla - he has great interpersonal skills! Awesome service yet again Outsurance :-)
