Good day

I am so disgusted with this whole process of mibfa, as i had to battle in the first place to received my statement which i eventually received after a very long wait. After submitting the relevant documents to there office in 12 December 2012 which included my (mandate and id copy) the documents was only captured on there system on the 14 January 2013 and it is in process for payment whereby the money will paid out within 6-8wks. i have followed up with them two weeks back from today and all they could say it is still in progress for payment and i should phone back after two weeks. i have phoned today spoke to a Gloria same feedback as the previous consultant has given me, but told me they not sure when the money will be paid out as it might take longer not sure when. i just had it and something urgently should be done to rectify this matter as i want my money that is owed to me to be paid out.
