I applied for my surplus pension on 30 September 2012, completed and filled out all the necessary documents and thereafter submitted it 5 (five) times to your office and Anderson Street, Johannesburg. After numerous enquiries, I was informed that the bank mandate was displaced and I submitted another bank mandate on 2 April 2013. On 20 June 2013 I received an sms informing me that the mandate was received and that payment will be processed. To this day, 03 September 2013 I have heard nothing. Nobody answers the phone and emails go unanswered! I have received NO response from MIBFA!! Clearly they don't care!! Could this matter please be escalated and now resolved.
