Current a/c debited for Bond arrears illegally

SBSA Home Loans have debited my Current a/c for arrears owed by my ex wife on our joint Bond a/c withouit my knowledge and/or permission. This is disgusting and illegal on their part as I continuously give them her contact details but as she has closed her SBSA a/c they bully me and illegally take from my a/c'
