I have two bonds with SBSA and I wanted to get Access Bond on one of the accounts in order to link it to my personal account. I contacted home loans yesterday and they said that I must speak to Internet banking. I contacted Internet Banking who said that they cannot help me, I must speak to General Banking. But they put me through to Telephone Banking. I then went to the Branch, where the rudest lady helped me. She was clearly not interested in helping me. She didn't sit up in her chair, instead she laid in it. She rolled her eyes and said she cannot help me, I must contact home loans. When I told her my story, she just pulled up her shoulders. This morning I contacted Home loans again, and the person said that I must speak to the Home loans Sales department. I then contacted them and the guy checked my account and said that there are Fica documents outstanding and he cannot load an access bond. This bond was registered a year ago and we supplied all the necessary documents to them. Apparently SBSA requested fica documents from attorneys last year!!! Who followed up with them? I am very disappointed in the rude Branch staff member and the incompetent call centre operators!!
