To everybody at GRORAP: thank you all for that homely feeling we got from beginning to end. The attitude and manner of everybody I came into contact with from reception to technician. Reception was excellent and booking in was thorough. Contact during the process was good. Collection was awesome, making facilities available to make an internet payment, accompanying me to the car to ensure i was happy with the work, and even helping to unpack the hired car, as well as to facilitate the collection of the hire car. And to top it all, I was even presented with a Sally Williams Nougat. Thank you for the awesome friendly service.
