Insurance frustrations

Reported an accident 13/02/13 to Mi way. After a big struggle fina got a panelbeater to take my car to- they could only assist 25/03, I refused the company, phoned mi way asking another company- which I got. Car been standing more than a month-stripped- and the panelbeaters still waiting for spares. I believe if they send someone out to my car to view it, and not accepted the photos they requested they would have picked up the problem from the start. I'm still paying my premium even though I don't have my car. I have to drive 2000km a month, to receive my car installment. If it stands, its not going to happen. This is not acceptable
