I was hijacked a month ago and my car was found the next day in Alex. Miway was excellent in refunding me monies for the moveable items. Though it took many phone calls to get authorisations going we eventually got to it. This was handled in a very polite and professional manner with Miway. I am impressed. The problem is with Proline Panelbeaters who to date has made excuses having my car ready. I have been going through hellopeter and read the numerous complaints against this company, surely a reputable company such as Miway should callto question the bad service and frustrations that Mi way clinets are receiving. The attitude I received from Proline is shocking firm the receptionsist to the service manager. Can Mi way investigate this, I think that Hijack victims goes through major PTSD and to then deal with frustrations from a panelbeater is simply unfair. Please choose suppliers that are forthcoming.
