Bad attitude is uncalled fo

The severely bad attitude of this person nearly caused me to close my account with the bank after many years.
Thank goodness I then just walked away from her and landed in the queue at Enquiries and was assisted by the most lovely Marieta, who directed me back the the previous department, informing me that I should ask for Sonja to urgently help me. This is the 2 most professional clerks I had ever met and they are definitely working in the correct departments. Thank you for changing my perception from very, very bad to excellent!!
