Excellent Service

I like to commend Mr N Govender (Banking assistant in the enquiries section) for always providing outstanding assistance, advice and service to me and for displaying a fantastic positive attitude and personal touch. When I reqiure anything to be done at the bank I actually prefer to wait, even if it means a longer wait, specifically so I can consult Mr Govender. Twice recently (27/07/13 and 01/08/13) he has expertly assisted me.

Infact I currently use the Rebate/Refund type of account at Standard bank and although FNB's "FIXED rebate/refund model" is financially superior when compared to Standard banks outdated "TIER model" - its this type of excellent staff at the bank that convince me to keep my primary account at Standard Bank.
